This lovely, large, 3 year old, male German Shepherd is really just a big softy! Despite his size, he’s a nice, easy walker on the lead. However, if he spots something that he wants or if he gets anxious about something, then a very strong handler is required. He is happiest with human company and going for his walks in our field which is a distance away from the activity/noise of the shelter. Carson is best suited to a rural home as he needs plenty of space to move around and to be away from busy urban noise. He gets anxious while continuously encountering other dogs at the shelter so he might be best in a single-dog-only home. He is not to be used as a guard dog.
Carson has been vaccinated, microchipped (991001004878594), neutered and has had his worming and flea treatments.

A dog licence and collar tag need to be purchased before adoption and a home check will be organised.
