Cilla: reserved

Cilla is a lovely small and gentle lurcher who has come into the care of the KWWSPCA just recently. She is about three years old. She is a very quiet, friendly dog who loves her walks and is good on the lead. She is an affectionate girl who loves to have her chin tickled or be scratched behind her ears. She is happily sharing her night time kennel and day time run with another rescue dog so we think she would be fine going to a home where there is another dog, however we generally recommend a cat free home for a lurcher, and a home with no small furry dogs. Her favourite pastime seems to be lying out in the sun on her sun bed, or lying in the garden under the apple tree after she has had her walk. Of course, being a lurcher, she does not need crazy long walks, and will be happy with two walks of around twenty to thirty minutes each, or one longer walk of about an hour or so. She loves when our volunteers go in to give her and her kennel mate a bit of love and attention, and we feeel that she will be suitable for a home with children, and could also suit apartment living.

Cilla has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped (chip number 981020002391285, origin Ireland). If you are interested in givng Cilla a new home, please submit an expression of interest form which can be found in the following link: No calls please.
