Ida: applications closed

Ida is a gorgeous little whippet who recently came into our care. She is a neat little dog, weighing around 15kg. She is around 1-1.5 years old. She and two litter siblings came to us together, they had been badly neglected and were underweight with pressure sores from sleeping on hard ground. They have now all gained weight and their skin has healed very well. They were all very nervous initially, but with all the attention they get from our volunteers, they are now confident little dogs who love their walks and love all the attention that they get at our centre. Ida is a happy little cutie, and will make a super little pet. She is good on the lead but can still be a little reluctant to walk at times. As her confidence increases she will soon be bouncing along with you. Ida has been vaccinated and chipped (chip number 972274200317170, origin Ireland), and will be spayed before she goes to her new home.

We ask for a minimum donation of €200 when we rehome a dog to partly offset our veterinary and other expenses. A dog licence and collar tag are needed to complete the adoption, a secure garden is required and there will be a home check.
