Kitty: applications closed

This is Kitty, who is now waiting to go to a home as a pet. Kitty is 4 years old. She is a very affectionate dog who knows how to make herself feel at home as soon as she sees a soft bed or a sofa. She likes human company and will happily greet you with a wag of the tail. She is good on the lead and likes her walks. She does not like cats or small dogs, but gets on well with other greyhounds. As a greyhound, she does not need a massive amount of walking and will be contented with two walks per day of about 20-30minutes each, or one longer walk of around 45 minutes. We do not recommend letting a greyhound off lead other than in a secure location where there are no small dogs, cats, rabbits or squirrels. A garden that is secure with a bit of space for a run around would be nice for her. Kitty is spayed, fully vaccinated and chipped (chip number 972274000391986, origin Ireland). If you are interested in adopting Kitty please submit an expression of interest form which can be found in the following link http://kwwspca.ie/adoption-process/ No calls please. We ask for a minimum donation of €200 when we rehome a dog to partly offset our veterinary and other expenses. A dog licence and collar tag are required to complete the adoption, and a secure garden is required. The Kildare & West Wicklow Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (KWWSPCA) is a registered charity (Number CHY6280) and is registered with the Charities Regulatory Authority (Number 20011048).
