Lola is a three year old Rottie cross who needs a new home. She is a very nice dog and is very good in the house as long as she has a bone! She walks well on the lead and looks for guidance from her handler when she is out walking. Because of her breed, she must go to a home with a family who has experience of large, dominant breed dogs…her owner must be firm but fair, and be prepared to provide guidance at all times, otherwise, as is the nature of dogs of this type, Lola will become the dominant member of the family and her protective instincts will kick in. She must always be walked on a lead, and as she is a restricted breed, she must wear a muzzle in public places. She should always be walked by a competent and strong handler, she should never be walked by children.
She does not like small dogs and she hates cats. With a careful introduction she can possibly be homed with another large dog
She is very good with older children but it is a natural tendency in her breed to be very protective of younger children and babies.
She is spayed, chipped and vaccinated. We ask for a minimum adoption donation of €150, a licence and collar disc are required to complete the adoption and a home visit applies. With expressions of interest please contact 0876887136 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
