Meghan has recently come into the care of the KWWSPCA from the Kildare Dog Pound and she is a very friendly little dog who is now looking for her forever home. She is a small, female lurcher, about a year old, and she was found as a stray. She gets on well with other dogs and loves to be with people. She has not had much lead training, but is quickly learning and really likes going out for walks and any attention she can get from our volunteers. We are not sure how she would be with cats but we hope to cat test her soon. She is not house trained but she is an intelligent dog and this would not take her long to learn. Meghan has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and is living at the KWWSPCA Shelter which is open to the public from Mondays to Saturdays from 1.00 – 3.00. We ask for a minimum donation of 150 euro when we rehome a dog to partly cover their veterinary and other costs, a dog licence is required and a tag for their collar. A home check also applies. A secure garden with a high wall or fence will also be necessary as she can jump quite high despite her small size. Please call/text 087 1279835 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information about May.
