Poor Summer was first rescued in 2021 as a heavily pregnant, very young stray who went on the deliver 8 healthy puppies. Summer then found what was supposed to be her forever home, but she was misfortunate once again when her owner very suddenly and unexpectedly passed away. After a traumatic few days she came into our care and once again is in need of a forever home. Despite her past ordeals she settled in well to shelter life and relishes any attention shown to her. She is about 3 years old, of mixed breed, healthy and robust and neutered since 2021. She loves play, especially catching a ball. Her ball-catching skills are quite something to see! She is eager to take off on her daily walks but is quite strong on the lead. She requires a fairly strong, experienced adult as her new owner and possibly a single-dog only home.
She is microchipped (972274001377040), has been vaccinated and treated against fleas and worms.
