This little lad with the great big smile is Tracker. He is a 3 year old Springer Spaniel who was left in a yard on his own and given no attention, simply because he was gun shy. When he first came to us he was a nervous lad, but it was quite clear that her wanted to be a ‘good boy’, and just needed a little bit of love and gentle encouragement. In no time at all, he was running over to us and lying on his back to have his belly tickled, and loving the attention he was getting. He is good with other dogs, but we have no idea what he is like with cats. He loves his walks and walks with enthusiasm, he is a little bit strong on the lead and will need a little bit of training, possibly with the help of a canny collar. He will probably do best in a home where he has a good bit of space in the garden so that he can sniff around, and he would like to be adopted by someone who is prepared to take him on long interesting walks in a country area, and will allow him to do plenty of sniffing and pooching. As he is an active little dog, he will need lots of walking, and will not be suited to anyone with a sedentary lifestyle.
Tracker is neutered, vaccinated and chipped (chip number 972274200107180, origin Ireland).
