Copper:applications closed

Copper is once again looking for a home…we thought that he and Tucker had found their forever home together but unfortunately after only 3 nights they have come back. They were managing to get out of the garden of their new home so we are now looking for a home or homes with walls or fences of about 6ft, not sheep wire around the perimeter. Copper is a gentleman of a dog. We believe he is Beagle Springer x. He is about 7 years old, and he is cat friendly. He and Tucker were surrendered to a pound because they were were no longer of any use to their owner….he had basically ‘thrown them on the scrap heap’, they were underweight and neglected, with long claws and poor coats. Both dogs are really friendly, they love human company, they walk well on the lead, love to be inside with you, and are house trained. They are good in the car too. Don’t they sound perfect? They can be rehomed separately or together. Tucker is Vaccinated, castrated and chipped (chip number 972274200321430, origin Ireland). If you are interested in adopting Copper, please submit an expression of interest form which can be found in the following link:

No calls please.

We ask for a minimum donation of €200 when we rehome a dog to partly offset our veterinary and other expenses. A dog licence and collar tag are needed to complete the adoption, a secure garden is required and there will be a home check.
