Pippa is looking for her new home. Pippa is less than a year old and she is a small female terrier. She looks just like a small fox. She is affectionate and gets on well with other dogs. She is very active, loves her runs and her walks and loves to go hunting round the fields for rabbits. She has not had much lead training but is learning fast and she is very bouncy so would not suit a home where there are small children or other very small dogs as she could easily knock them over in her enthusiasm. But she is still young and in the right home where she will have a lot of human companionship and preferably the companionship of other dogs as well, as well as some training, she will make a great pet. But she will need a lot of exercise and entertainment. She will also need a very secure garden as she will try to go off rabbit hunting if she finds a way out of her home. If you would like to find out more about her, please call 087 6803295. Pippa is at the KWWSPCA Shelter if you would like to meet her. The Shelter if open every day from 2.00 – 4.00, except on Sundays, or at other times by appointment. We ask for a rehoming fee of €130 when we rehome a dog to partly cover their veterinary and other costs and a home check is needed. A dog licence also has to be purchased (€20 from the Post Office or online from your County Council) to complete the adoption process. Pippa has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
