Mina is a small collie cross and is, at most, 18 months old. She is nervous when she meets someone new, but after the initial meeting she is very loving and affectionate. She very much likes to cuddle up to you and will attempt to wrap her legs around you to keep you with her. She had a bad start to life as she was kept locked in a very small crate with two other dogs and received very little attention. As a result she would not like to live with other dogs, however she is not dog reactive when she is out walking. We don’t know how she is with cats but think that a cat free home will be best for her. She is very good on the lead and loves to be taken for a walk. She is also quite clean in her indoor kennel at night so might be house trained, if not she will learn very quickly as she is a clever little dog. Her ideal home should have someone at home for a good part of the day and in a position to take her walking. She will not be happy lying around for the day with someone who is working from home all day. Her garden must have high surrounds and be secure as she is quite good at climbing. Because of her past, she cannot sleep in a crate. Mina has been spayed, vaccinated and chipped (chip number 972274200193687, origin Ireland).
