Paco: applications closed.

Paco is a Labrador cross who is now looking for a new home. He is about 18 months old and is a friendly dog. He is a very strong dog, and will need to initially be walked using an anti pull collar such as a Canny collar until he learns to walk without pulling on the lead. Already he is improving through the training he is getting at our shelter and will walk happily at your side when the Canny collar is used. He loves to get out and about and, as he is a young and energetic dog, he will need a family who are prepared to take him for a long walk every day, plus spend some time playing with him in the garden. He travels well in the car. He is also house trained. He will need a secure garden with high surrounds as he is a bit of an escape artist. A good sized garden is required so that he will have room to stretch his legs. His ideal family should no children younger than teenage children, and we would prefer his new owners to have some previous experience fo owning a medium (or large) sized dog as an adult…this is because of his strength.
Paco is vaccinated, neutered, and chipped (chip number 972274200057342, origin Ireland).
If you are interested in adopting Paco please submit an expression of interest form which can be found in the following link
