Roy….we are taking no further enquires for the moment

This is Roy. He is a 6 year old cocker spaniel who is now looking for a new home. He was very heavily matted when first taken into care and was given quite a haircut to make him feel more comfortable. He is now happy and carefree. He very much loves human company, and will seek human attention any time he sees a volunteer moving around at the shelter. He is great to take for a walk and is quite energetic so will need to go to a home where he will be taken for good walks. He is very good on the lead and very much loves his walks. He was quite interested in a cat living in our nearby quarry, therefore we would recommend that he goes to a home without a cat. He is good with other dogs and shares his kennel and run with another small dog, but also spends time in the garden with a total of 5 other dogs. He is neutered, vaccinated and chipped (chip number 981020000315942), origin Ireland. With expressions of interest in Roy please email kwwspca@gmail.com.. We ask for a minimum donation of 150euro to partly offset our veterinary and other costs. A secure garden is required, and a dog licence and collar tag are required to complete an adoption.
