Tezza came from a pound a few weeks ago….the warden in question couldn’t sit back and watch her being used as a breeding machine and kept badgering her owner until she was surrendered into his care. Maximum respect to him for this. Tezza was not in great shape when she came in having probably lived most of her 5 years in a whelping box with very little socialising or out and about. She has since learned to walk on a lead, is house trained, and is experiencing the pleasures of daily walks at our shelter and even some excursions to Russborough house with Hannah, one of our volunteers. She loves her days out, approaching all her new experiences with curiosity and enthusiasm. She becomes very attached to humans who take her under their wing and is always thrilled to see them and spend time with them. Tezza suffered from ear infections, severe itch, had a gall on her leg, and is currently quite bald under her chin and chest possibly due to confinement in a small area while feeding pups. Her ailments have been treated, and her hair is starting to come back. She is a sweet and affectionate girl who needs a very special home wit very special humans who will lavish her with kindness, affection, patience and give her the life she deserves. She will be happiest having her humans all to herself and would prefer if she didn’t have a feline sibling. She is neutered, fully vaccinated and chipped (chip number 972274000254209). With expressions of interest please email email@example.com…no calls please. We ask for a minimum rehoming donation of €150 to partly offset veterinary and other costs. A licence and collar tag are required to complete the adoption and a secure garden is required. Experience of the breed is preferred. d to complete the adoption.
