Lovely Hazel is looking for her forever home. Hazel is a dog who is very much in her senior years and we were very upset at finding her in a pound. She has not had an easy life and when she came into our care she had to have extensive dental work. She also had her toes broken at some stage in her life. Hazel is an extremely gentle and placid old lady and the home we would like to find for Hazel should be a nice quiet home, with another dog, as she loves companionship of the canine kind as well as liking human company. While Hazel does like to go for a walk, it’s really only a toddle that she needs and she likes to feel grass under her feet. She is not able for a long walk, and is gone past the point of being able to run zoomies with other lurchers. However she has not lost her ability to drive a comfortable couch, and equally she will make herself quite comfortable on your bed if permitted. We would really love if Hazel could find that very special home where she can live out her final years in comfort. She still needs to have some dental work completed, and we will be covering the cost of this . She has been spayed, and will have her vaccinations done over the next few weeks. We couldn’t get her vaccinations done as she was on antibiotics for her dental issues. Hazel is a very special lady and we hope that someone has it in their hearts to give this sweetheart a spot on their sofa. Are you the special family for Hazel? If so please email us at kwwspca@gmail.com. She is chipped,(chip number 972274200053016, origin Ireland), spayed, and will be vaccinated. A dog licence will be required as will a collar tag.
