Rosie: Applications closed,

Rosie is a really stunning greyhound who recently came into our care and is now looking for a home. She is 2 years old and would happily spend her day licking your face. She is extremely gentle and affectionate, likes her walks and is very gentle on the lead. Like most greyhounds, she is fond of spending time reclining on the couch in our kitchen and is even happier if there is a volunteer available to cuddle on the couch with her. She is a very chill dog, and as is the case with all greyhounds, she does not need a huge amount of exercise. Once she has her walk she will relax for hours. She is good with other dogs, however we never recommend a greyhound to a home where there is a small dog. Also we do not recommend a home with a cat. Rosie has been spayed, vaccinated and chipped (chip number 972274000526139, origin Ireland). If you are interested in adopting Rosie please submit an expression of interest form which can be found in the following link

No calls please. We ask for a minimum donation of €200 when we rehome a dog to partly offset our veterinary and other expenses. A dog licence and collar tag are required to complete the adoption, and a secure garden is required. The Kildare & West Wicklow Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (KWWSPCA) is a registered charity (Number CHY6280) and is registered with the Charities Regulatory Authority (Number 20011048).
