Karen is running the Fast Pace half marathon on May 18th. Because her training coach is her dog, she has decided to run the race in aid of the KWWSPCA. As part of her fundraising, she is hosting a Pilates class (or Pawlates 
) class on Saturday 10th May at 9.30 a.m. in Kilteel, Co. Kildare. All levels are welcome. The cost is €10.Please book in advance on the number given above as there is a number limit and if there are too many for one class, Karen will schedule a second class that same morning. Unfortunately, this is a humans only event!
