A big thank you goes to Jean and Sam who dropped off a great donation of dog food. Very kind of them and much appreciated.

Patrick and his family adopted a dog called Princess from the KWWSPCA some time ago and paid a visit today with some nice food and treats for the dogs currently at the shelter. Thank you Patrick from all the doggies.

Our newly refurbished Charity Shop, Noah’s Ark, was opened by zoologist Desmond Morris recently and the shop was buzzing! Thank you to everyone who came and joined us in the celebrations.

A great start to the New Year with 35 cats neutered and spayed through TNR (trap, neuter and return). These ladies are unstoppable and work tirelessly to help prevent the sad, out of control, breeding of feral, stray and pet cats all over the county. The KWWSPCA’s Charity Shop in Cutlery Road, Newbridge, will re-open after its Christmas and New Year’s break, this coming Saturday, 3 January at 10.00.

We are delighted to announce that the winner of the fabulous Christmas Hamper in Noah’s Ark was Emma Hughes. Thanks to everyone for their support of this raffle and to the very generous people who donated the hamper to the KWWSPCA.

All these marvellous donations were donated to the KWWSPCA by the staff and clients of MyVet, Maynooth. This is a lovely Christmas gift for all the cats and dogs still in the care of the KWWSPCA. Many thanks indeed to everyone who contributed.

Thank you to all the staff in Maxizoo Newbridge who are running this very successful Christmas Wishes Campaign. This morning I met Aidas,Victoria and Eden who are working very hard promoting wishes from their Christmas tree. Thank you all and Merry Christmas to all the staff who support KWWSPCA throughout the year.
